Same type of situation happened to one of the phones on my account.
I had been receiving calls from some 800-000-0000 number saying you are selected to get $95 or &120 off your next Verizon bill. You just go to the web address www.myvz120.com and log into your account.
DON’T DO IT! do not believe it!
because the site www.myvz120.com they send you to is a fake site that looks real. they are tricking people into logging into their account then hacking info.
As soon as you login to your account they can access your account and they deactivate your device to add their own and rack up international calls and Internet usage!!! It happen to us today and they were in our account already changing things while I was on the phone with Verizon!!!!

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Unless you are willing to subject yourself to identity theft, downloading of viruses and malware, or out and out robbery/
